2009-2010 FFD's Signature Hairstyle

"The Sided Part"

Caesar cut- is out of the loop.
Spiky is long gone.
Messy/Waspy cut-is so yesterday.
Mohawks and Faux hawks- just turned the corner.
And now... we are wearing a clean-cut, elegant hair style- "The Side Part"
(Don't it sound like a Nutragina Commercial? lol).

The Parted Haircut is definitely making a comeback!

Everyone from Gossip's Girl Ed Westwick and Chace Crawford to George Clooney to High School Musicals Zac Effron, Step Up's Channing Tatum and Twilight's Robert Pattinson is rocking theclean, cookie-cutter hairstyle. This look is definitely only worn by Gentlemen. Take notes- this is a very elegant 1920's inspired cut. It is a classic layered style and if you have never parted your hair to the side then consider yourself out of trend. FFD'S, this is the latest hairstyle for men 2009-2010 embrace it!

"This cut is a classic layer cut with shorter sides and a side part. In this style a bit of firm hold gel was applied and the hair brushed back and parted on the side. Fingers were used to break up the hair just a bit to add separation and give a slightly more casual appearance."

TIP:
  1. Make sure to move the hair around to kinda get a feel for it.
  2. At times pushing your hair back for a while will manipulate your hair to stay back.
  3. Make sure to understand that the hairstyle will definitely appear to look different prior to each individual. It will take a different form- which is what makes it so personal.
Remember guys if you don't have a very strong bone structure then purposely please get left behind lol.

But, if you have the structure than make sure to own it. And remember if you don't jump on the bang wagon now than you'll definitely will get left behind.

  1. I love this post! I am sure a lot of people definitely have hair issues and problems! I know I do and not once, but before and after every haircut I get! I hate it. I wish I didn't have so many hair problems! So this post is amazing! I am pretty sure you have awesome hair! I like how you added a ton of pictures of different people using this style. I haven't talked to you in forever! It's school I am telling you! Blame it on school! I heard you and blank label were talking about me and I was like "what were you saying?!?!" He assured me you said nothing bad about me...I would like to thank you! I would talk many amazing things about you to another blogger or fashion oriented person, but I don't know any! I have talked about you to my family though..I know, weird, but my cousin and sister actually like your blog! At least one positive thing! I might as well make this a post and start adding pictures and opinions and stuff from how long this comment is!
